Dr. Mark Fenton - An Australian national with 40 years’ experience as an Executive in the International Energy Sector, including CEO and MD of Australian listed companies, Country Head of an international energy company with some 2,000+ employees and more recently of an Australian private company in the gourmet foods sector. Original owner of the InstaFries technology and Director and co-Founder of InstaFries Australia. Mark brings deep experience in project management, economics, corporate strategy and organisational leadership.

Alan Croxson - An Australian and UK national with 60 years’ experience in Mechanical Engineering. Alan's career has covered all aspects of the Oil &Gas, Petrochemical and Power Generation Industries from Senior Designer through to Managing Director and in more recent years establishing and building companies from inception through to the successful sale of those companies to Multinational groups in the Engineering, Manpower and Finance industries. Alan is a co-owner of the InstaFries technology as well as founder and Director of InstaFries Australia.
